My Training Approach

Essentially, you will learn to lift things correctly. Sometimes those things are barbells. Or kettlebells. Or heavy clubs. Maces. Sandbags. Sometimes we carry those things. Or drag them. Maybe throw them. Sometimes we lift ourselves. If you are really cool you might lift yourself and something else at the same time. Sometimes before, between, or after lifting things and/or yourself you will ride an air bike or tug on a rowing machine or run or jump rope or hit a punching bag or if you’re so inclined another person. Occasionally you will hit your limit but you will learn how to push through it. Nothing is mandatory and options abound. EVERYONE is welcome.

    Exercise is only one facet of a healthy lifestyle. I’ll teach you in simple terms how to eat so that your fueling aligns with your goals.

    Whether you’re suffering from a chronic condition or just looking to achieve peak performance, we can work together and with other health experts to design a plan that meets your goals. I welcome input and direction from your chosen health provider. In the absence of one, I work closely with several physical therapists that I would be happy to refer.

  • Custom Plans

    Sometimes all you need is the instruction manual. If you have the requisite experience and expertise but just want to delegate the programming, let’s work virtually. Whether you have access to your own tricked-out garage gym, just a few square feet of floor or ground for that matter - where there’s a will, there’s a way. Let me show you.
